About the organization
UPRADAS (Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Dermatologic Aesthetic Surgery and Oncoplastic Mammology) is the first Ukrainian association that unites plastic, reconstructive, dermatologic surgeons, and oncoplastic mammologists.
We have created a professional community for doctors who strive for continuous development, international collaboration, and higher standards in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
UPRADAS is not a formal organization — it is a living platform of professional self-regulation.
It sets standards, defines ethical principles, protects patients, and supports doctors in their professional growth.
The core mission of UPRADAS is to transform the very approach to medicine — from a fragmented market to a transparent, ethical, and internationally recognized professional field.

Serhii Derbak
President of UPRADAS in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
One of the most recognized plastic surgeons in Ukraine, an expert in all types of blepharoplasty and a leading figure in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
With over 14 years of clinical and surgical experience, he has introduced advanced techniques into aesthetic medicine and is known for his contribution to professional education and innovation in the field.
Oleksandr Turkevych
Co-President of UPRADAS in Dermatologic Surgery
PhD (Medicine), Associate Professor at Lviv National Medical University, Visiting Professor at G. Marconi University (Rome), and Scientific Coordinator of the AMWC Congress (Monaco).
President of the international association “Secret. Doctors only” (5,500 members), Founder of MedEstet Clinics and the MAP Academy by Turkevych.
Oleg Savenkov
Co-President of UPRADAS in Reconstructive Surgery
MD, PhD, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Oncosurgeon, Co-President of UPRADAS.
Head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Harvis Surgical Clinic, Founder of the international conference Ukrainian Breast Meeting, and member of USAPS and ISAPS.
Performs over 400 breast surgeries annually, 80% of which are aesthetic mammoplasties.

Membership rules
Membership in UPRADAS is open to plastic surgeons, reconstructive surgeons, dermatologic surgeons, and oncoplastic mammologists.
Participation in at least one annual conference organized by the Association is a mandatory condition of membership.
There are no membership fees — the core principle of UPRADAS is active engagement in professional growth and continuous education.
