Serhii Derbak is one of Ukraine’s leading plastic surgeons, with over 14 years of clinical and academic experience.
He is the founder and head of the Lita Plus clinic network, the author of numerous educational initiatives in aesthetic medicine, and a driving force behind reform in the field of plastic surgery.

Education and Professional Background
In 2010, Serhii Derbak graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Uzhhorod National University.
He continued his postgraduate studies at the P. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and trained at the Shalimov National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology, where under the guidance of Professor N. F. Driuk, he gained extensive experience in microsurgical and plastic surgery.
He began his career at some of Ukraine’s leading clinics — Medissa, Romital, and City Doctor — where he earned a reputation as one of the most promising plastic surgeons in the field.
In 2018, he founded Lita Plus, a modern center for plastic surgery, which has since grown into one of the country’s most advanced and respected medical institutions.
Scientific, Educational, and Public Activity
Serhii Derbak is the author of numerous publications and patents in the field of plastic surgery.
His scientific interests include fat grafting (lipofilling and lipomodeling), minimally invasive techniques, and modern laser technologies.
He gained national recognition as an expert on the television project “I’m Ashamed of My Body” on STB Channel, where he represented the professional side of plastic surgery and helped promote awareness of ethical and evidence-based medicine in Ukraine.
A regular speaker and trainer at national and international educational courses, he actively participates in live surgeries, demonstrations, and international medical congresses.
He is the founder of the Lita School — an educational platform for young surgeons — and has served as Head of the Ukrainian Plastic Surgeons Club since 2018.
Over his career, Serhii Derbak has performed more than 3,000 plastic surgeries across a wide range of procedures, including blepharoplasty, facelift, lipofilling, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, and intimate surgery.
He is recognized as one of Ukraine’s leading experts in blepharoplasty and minimally invasive plastic surgery.
